Cette facilit\u00e9 pla\u00eet aux jeunes\u2009\u00bb, constate Livia Schr\u00f6der en \u00e9voquant des exp\u00e9riences r\u00e9ussies dans certaines entreprises du canton de Berne.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">La visibilit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;entreprise et sa pr\u00e9sence en ligne sont \u00e9galement importantes. Livia Schr\u00f6der recommande ainsi un tournage hebdomadaire d&rsquo;une vid\u00e9o des coulisses de l\u2019entreprise, afin de mettre l&rsquo;humain au centre et montrer le travail en \u00e9quipe. Il peut \u00eatre \u00e9galement utile de publier des vid\u00e9os sur des r\u00e9seaux comme TikTok, sur un ton \u00ab\u2009fun\u2009\u00bb, afin d\u2019\u00eatre visibles.
